  • The Spring 2017 Guide to Navigating the Online HSA-Alt Administration and the Spring 2017 Data Entry Interface User Guide have been posted to the Resources section of the HSA-Alt portal website. TAs and TCs may access the manuals by clicking on the links above, or via the Resources >> Test Coordinators / Test Administrators >> Test Administration >> Online Administration folder (for the Guide to Navigating) or the Resources >> Test Coordinators / Test Administrators >> Test Administration >> Paper-Pencil Administration folder (for the DEI User Guide).

  • The updated Spring 2017 HSA-Alt online TA Certification Courses for Online (iPad) Administration and Paper/Pencil Test Administration are now available for returning Test Administrators who will not attend a face-to-face training session in February 2017. Users may access the courses by clicking on the “Online TA Certification Course” link on the right side of the HSA-Alt home page. The courses can also be accessed in the “Training Sites” section, after clicking on either the “Teachers” or the “Test Coordinators/Administrators/Second Raters” link on the left side of the homepage.

  • The HSA-Alt Spring 2017 Paper/Pencil Directions for Administration manual has been posted to the Resources section of the HSA-Alt portal website. TAs and TCs may access the manuals by clicking on the links above, or via the Resources >> Test Coordinators / Test Administrators >> Test Administration >> Paper-Pencil Administration folder.

  • The self-registration feature for the Digital Library is now active. All teachers with a Lotus Notes email address ending in “@notes.k12.hi.us” are now able to self-register for Digital Library account access. Go to www.smarterbalancedlibrary.org, click the “Register for the Digital Library” button, and enter your name and email address ending in “@notes.k12.hi.us.” NOTE: Schools that use Yahoo, Gmail, or other non-Lotus Notes email addresses cannot use the self-registration feature at this time and should contact the Help Desk to register for a Digital Library account.
